Ampersand’s founder, Andrea Palframan, spends a portion of each year in sub-Saharan Africa, working with grassroots organizations dedicated to uplifting their communities. From orphanages to a primary school to a feeding program that serves AIDS patients and orphans, Andrea raises funds and awareness to help communities move ‘from emergency to emergence’.
